After the subsequent passing of ATSI’s remaining founding partners, Jay Johnson has elected to return to lead ATSI as our President and CEO.  Jay has worked in Industrial Automation & Control for 30-Years specializing in radio/network communications, instrumentation, controls, programming, design-build, management and support for both the water/wastewater and food/beverage industries.  Throughout his career Jay
